These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FindNBook website, https://www.findnbook.in, and the services offered through it.

FindNBook ("we", "our", "us", or the "Platform") is an online experience-discovery and booking-facilitation platform that connects customers with independent experience providers.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a booking or making a payment through the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform.

2. About FindNBook

FindNBook provides a platform through which customers can discover, explore and request bookings for various experiences and services, including but not limited to:

• Candlelight dates and romantic experiences.

• Resort day packages and short getaways.

• Heritage walks and guided tours.

• Private movie screenings.

• Adventure activities and outdoor experiences.

• Photography and photoshoot packages.

• Celebrations, birthdays and special occasions.

• Luxury experiences and vehicle-related activities.

• Corporate outings, team activities and group experiences.

• Other recreational, entertainment and lifestyle experiences.

FindNBook primarily facilitates discovery, inquiries, booking requests and connections between customers and independent third-party experience providers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FindNBook does not directly own, operate or deliver the experiences listed on the Platform.

3. Eligibility to Use the Platform

By using FindNBook, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Platform under the supervision and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, where applicable.

2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a transaction.

3. The information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

4. You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

5. You will not misuse the Platform or interfere with its operations.

Bookings involving minors must be made by an adult or legal guardian, and participation will remain subject to the age restrictions and safety requirements of the relevant experience provider.

4. Experience Listings and Information

FindNBook makes reasonable efforts to present experience listings with accurate and useful information, including:

• Experience descriptions.

• Images and photographs.

• Pricing and package inclusions.

• Duration and location.

• Available dates and timings, where provided.

• Participant requirements.

• Age restrictions and other eligibility conditions.

• Booking instructions and cancellation conditions.

However, certain information may be provided by independent experience providers and may change from time to time.

Images displayed on the website are intended to represent the experience. Actual arrangements, decorations, venues, facilities, inclusions and other details may vary depending on the selected package and provider.

Customers are advised to carefully review the experience description, inclusions, exclusions, location, restrictions and other relevant conditions before making a booking.

5. Booking Process and Confirmation

The availability of an experience may depend on the independent provider, venue capacity, operational requirements and the selected date and time.

Submitting a booking request or inquiry does not automatically guarantee a confirmed booking.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the applicable availability and booking requirements have been verified and confirmation has been communicated through an appropriate channel, such as email, WhatsApp, SMS or another official communication method.

Customers may be required to provide:

• Full name.

• Contact number.

• Email address.

• Preferred date and time.

• Number of participants.

• Relevant booking preferences or special requests.

Customers are responsible for providing correct booking information and reviewing the confirmation details.

If any information in the booking confirmation is incorrect, please contact FindNBook immediately.

6. Availability and Advance Verification

Although FindNBook makes reasonable efforts to maintain updated experience information, availability can change without prior notice.

Customers are strongly encouraged to verify the availability of their preferred experience, date and time before completing payment.

In certain cases, customers may be specifically informed that their requested date or time is unavailable or that they should not proceed with a booking for that particular slot.

If a customer is explicitly informed of such unavailability but nevertheless chooses to proceed with payment, the refund conditions described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.

FindNBook shall not be responsible for assumptions made by customers regarding availability when they have been specifically advised otherwise.

7. Pricing, Taxes and Payments

All prices displayed on FindNBook are subject to the applicable package details and booking conditions.

Before making a payment, customers should review the total payable amount, applicable taxes, charges and payment instructions.

Depending on the experience, payment may be collected:

• Fully online through an available payment method.

• Partially online and partially at the venue.

• Through another payment arrangement communicated during the booking process.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or financial service providers.

FindNBook does not request customers to disclose sensitive banking credentials, passwords, card PINs or UPI PINs to our representatives.

Customers should make payments only through the official payment methods and instructions communicated by FindNBook.

8. ADVANCE50 Payment Arrangement

The ADVANCE50 code is a payment arrangement and not a promotional discount or coupon.

When applicable, ADVANCE50 allows customers to:

• Pay 50% of the total booking amount online in advance.

• Pay the remaining 50% directly at the experience venue.

The total price of the experience remains unchanged.

The code does not offer any price reduction, cashback or additional benefit.

Customers using this arrangement must pay the remaining balance at the venue in accordance with the confirmed booking instructions.

The applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy continues to apply to bookings made using ADVANCE50.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All bookings made through FindNBook are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The following key conditions apply:

A. Full Refund When FindNBook Cannot Fulfil a Booking

If FindNBook is unable to fulfil your booked service or experience, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid to FindNBook.

This includes situations where we are unable to arrange the confirmed service due to provider unavailability or other circumstances preventing fulfilment.

B. Previously Communicated Unavailability

If you are specifically informed that your preferred date or time is unavailable or that you should not proceed with the booking, but nevertheless choose to proceed with payment:

• A 5% operational charge will be deducted if the booking cannot subsequently be fulfilled due to that previously communicated unavailability.

• The remaining 95% will be refunded.

This deduction applies only to the specific circumstances described above. It is not a general cancellation fee.

C. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Refund eligibility for cancellations initiated by customers will depend on the cancellation conditions applicable to the particular experience and provider.

Customers should review the experience-specific cancellation conditions before booking.

D. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive at the agreed venue or participate in the booked experience at the confirmed date and time without prior cancellation or an approved rescheduling arrangement, the booking will be treated as a No-Show.

No refund will be provided for a customer No-Show.

This condition does not remove a customer's refund entitlement where the experience could not be delivered due to the fault of FindNBook or the service provider.

10. Independent Experience Providers

Experiences listed on FindNBook may be delivered by independent third-party businesses, vendors, photographers, activity operators, event organisers, venues or other service providers.

These providers are independently responsible for delivering their respective services in accordance with the confirmed package and applicable requirements.

Their responsibilities may include:

• Delivering the experience as described.

• Maintaining appropriate facilities and equipment.

• Ensuring applicable permissions, registrations and licences.

• Employing suitably qualified personnel where required.

• Following relevant safety and operational standards.

• Honouring confirmed booking details and agreed inclusions.

• Informing customers of relevant restrictions and requirements.

FindNBook makes reasonable efforts to work with suitable experience providers. However, listing an experience does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of the provider's qualifications, facilities or performance.

FindNBook will assist customers with booking-related concerns and issues in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility or liability that FindNBook may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Customer Responsibilities During an Experience

Customers are expected to:

1. Arrive at the venue at the confirmed date and time.

2. Follow the experience provider's reasonable instructions.

3. Respect venue rules, staff, other participants and property.

4. Follow applicable safety guidelines.

5. Comply with age, health, clothing and participation requirements communicated for the experience.

6. Avoid illegal, disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

7. Provide accurate information relevant to participation.

Customers may be refused participation by the provider if they violate applicable safety requirements, venue rules or lawful participation conditions.

Any refund in such circumstances will be governed by the applicable booking conditions and applicable law.

12. Adventure, Outdoor and Physical Activities

Certain experiences listed on FindNBook may involve physical activity, outdoor environments, travel, water activities, trekking, driving or other activities that carry inherent risks.

Customers should carefully assess their suitability for an experience before booking.

Customers must:

• Review age and eligibility requirements.

• Follow the provider's safety instructions.

• Use required safety equipment.

• Disclose relevant information requested by the provider for safe participation.

• Avoid participation where they are unable to meet the stated requirements.

Where an experience requires a waiver, consent form, medical declaration or other documentation, customers may be required to complete it directly with the provider.

FindNBook does not provide medical, safety or professional advice through its listings.

Nothing in this section limits liability for negligence, unsafe conduct or other matters where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes, Rescheduling and Unforeseen Circumstances

An experience may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, venue restrictions, government instructions, technical problems, provider emergencies or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where such circumstances affect a booking, FindNBook may coordinate with the customer and provider to explore an appropriate alternative, rescheduling arrangement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Any changes to a confirmed booking should be communicated to the customer through an appropriate communication channel.

Customers should not assume that a booking has been rescheduled or cancelled until they receive confirmation.

14. Corporate, Group and Special Bookings

Certain experiences may be booked for corporate events, employee engagement activities, private celebrations, groups or customised occasions.

Such bookings may involve separate pricing, participant limits, advance payments, customised arrangements and special cancellation conditions.

The specific terms communicated in the quotation or booking confirmation will apply to such bookings in addition to these general Terms.

Any agreed special terms should be documented and confirmed before payment.

15. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.

• Make fraudulent or unauthorised bookings.

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security.

• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

• Copy, scrape or commercially exploit website content without permission.

• Harass, threaten or abuse FindNBook representatives or experience providers.

• Attempt to bypass the Platform for fraudulent purposes.

• Impersonate another person or business.

FindNBook reserves the right to restrict access, investigate suspected misuse or cancel fraudulent transactions, subject to applicable law and any consumer rights.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

All original website content, including the FindNBook brand identity, logo, design elements, text, graphics, website layout and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to FindNBook unless otherwise indicated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission.

Images, trademarks, logos and other materials belonging to independent experience providers remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable permissions or licences.

17. Reviews, Feedback and User-Submitted Content

Where the Platform permits users to submit reviews, feedback, photographs or other content, users must ensure that their submissions:

• Are genuine and based on actual experiences.

• Do not contain false, misleading, defamatory or abusive statements.

• Do not violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

• Do not contain illegal or inappropriate material.

By submitting content, users grant FindNBook permission to display and use that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform, subject to applicable law and the user's rights.

FindNBook reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

18. Third-Party Websites and Payment Services

The Platform may contain links to external websites, payment gateways, social media platforms or other third-party services.

These services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.

FindNBook is not responsible for the content or independent privacy practices of external websites and services.

Customers are encouraged to review the relevant terms before using third-party services.

19. Limitation of Liability

FindNBook operates as a discovery and booking-facilitation platform for experiences offered by independent providers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FindNBook shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers.

However, FindNBook remains responsible for its own commitments, representations, platform services and obligations under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall:

• Exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

• Restrict any statutory consumer rights.

• Exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or negligence where such exclusion is not legally permitted.

• Override the refund commitments expressly made by FindNBook.

20. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of FindNBook is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform and submitting booking information, you understand that relevant personal information may be processed to facilitate enquiries, bookings, payments and communication.

Where necessary, relevant booking information may be shared with the independent experience provider responsible for fulfilling your booking.

21. Suspension or Termination of Access

FindNBook may suspend or restrict access to the Platform where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, misuse, security threats or violations of these Terms.

Such action will be taken in accordance with applicable law and will not affect any accrued consumer rights or valid refund entitlements.

22. Changes to These Terms

FindNBook reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, website functionality, services or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued to customers under applicable law or confirmed booking commitments.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform or services offered through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and consumer dispute redressal authorities in India, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this clause restricts a consumer from exercising any statutory right to approach a competent consumer dispute redressal commission or other authority.
