Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment to Customers

At FindNBook, customer satisfaction and trust are important to us. We aim to make discovering and booking experiences simple, transparent and reliable.

 

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking through our platform.

2. Full Refund if FindNBook Cannot Fulfill Your Booking

​

If we are unable to fulfill your booked service or experience after confirmation from our end, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid to FindNBook.

​

If an experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances such as provider unavailability, operational issues or other reasons that prevent us from arranging the booked service, we will initiate a full refund.

​

We do not intend to charge customers for an experience that we are unable to provide or arrange after confirmation from our end.

3. Important: Check Availability Before Booking

​

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain updated availability information, availability may change depending on the independent service provider.

​

We strongly recommend that customers check the availability of an experience for their preferred date and time before completing payment.

​

For certain experiences, website specifically mentions to check the availability for your preferred service for your preferred date and time, you can check the availability by reaching our customer support team.

​

If you are unable to check the availability and choose to proceed with the booking and make payment:

  • If the booking cannot subsequently be fulfilled due to unavailability, a 5% operational charge will be deducted from the amount paid.

  • The remaining 95% will be refunded to you.
     

4. Understanding the ADVANCE50 Code

​

The ADVANCE50 code is not a promotional or discount coupon.

​

It is a payment arrangement that allows customers to:

  • Pay 50% of the booking amount online at the time of booking.

  • Pay the remaining 50% directly at the experience venue.
     

The code does not provide any price reduction, cashback or additional discount.

​

The total booking price remains unchanged. Customers are responsible for paying the remaining balance at the venue as agreed during the booking process.

​

All applicable refund conditions continue to apply to bookings made using ADVANCE50.

 

5. No-Show Policy

​

If a customer fails to arrive at the agreed venue or fails to participate in the booked experience at the confirmed date and time without prior cancellation or an approved rescheduling arrangement, the booking will be treated as a No-Show.

​

In such cases:

  • The booking will be considered fulfilled from the customer's booking-reservation perspective.

  • The amount paid towards the booking will be non-refundable.

  • No refund will be provided for failure to attend or utilize the booked experience.
     

Customers are advised to arrive at the venue on time and follow the instructions shared during booking confirmation.

6. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact FindNBook as soon as possible.

 

Refund eligibility for customer-initiated cancellations may depend on the cancellation conditions applicable to the particular experience and the service provider.

 

Please review the experience-specific cancellation conditions before making payment.

 

7. Refund Processing

 

Once a refund has been approved:

  • Refunds will generally be initiated through the original payment method, wherever supported.

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway and your bank.

  • Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the customer before the refund is processed.
